GEORGE NEWS - Touching art work of more than 20 cancer survivors and family and friends, who lost their loved ones to cancer, was exhibited in George-Suid Primary's school hall on Saturday 9 June.
The art work was presented through sculptures, paintings, poetry and letters.
Guests was spoiled with 'hope' giftbags, made by the learners of George Suid, lucky draws and snacks.

Engela Van der Merwe, Cancercare Socialworker, said the objective of the survivors day is to create hope and to encourage everyone who has been affected by cancer to leave their footprints through art and creativity.
Attendees could also participate in the fun workshops, Tjoko Paint, Acrylic Pouring and Pottery.
