GEORGE NEWS - On Wednesday 17 April Rundle College students, staff and members of the community participated in the Rundle College Save Lives Blood Drive.
The Western Province Blood Transfusion Service truck was stationed in front of the school to give easy access for learners, teachers and parents who wanted to donate blood.
Many first-time blood donors overcame their fears of needles to support the drive.
Thank you to everyone who donated and the Western Province Blood Transfusion Service staff members for their collaboration, professionalism and assistance by making sure everyone was well taken care of.
Rundle students Leon Satanole, Sylken-Leigh November, Franco Kock and Rachel Schneider were happy that they were able to do their part in saving lives.
