GEORGE NEWS - The Yorkies were blessed with a perfect evening for their annual international food festival on Friday night, 2 March.
The school was bursting at the seams with people wanting to test and taste what was on offer.
There was a variety to choose from - good old American burgers, the flavours of Portugal, the history of Greece, the spices of India and the colours of Mexico.
The decor also provided a feast for the eyes.

Jimmy Power from the York High marketing team said they have been celebrating this popular event for 30 years.
"The fund-raising committee and staff involved provided a wonderful evening of international culinary delights from 12 different countries."
He said they were happy that the event was such a big success.
This year's festival, some learners declared, had much better food than the previous year.
One grade 10 student said, talking around a piece of half-chewed burger in his mouth, that at least the food was better, and they were happy with the big variety.
Koos Wentzel was really enjoying himself.
"I love the atmosphere and how everyone is here to have fun and eat good food."
Wentzel was there with family members and friends, and they all had something good to say about the food.

Part of the entertainment for the young ones was a dunking station, and JC Barnard (7) had the most fun.
He spent some of his own money to try and dunk the volunteer into icy cold water.
After six failed attempts to hit the dunking button with a ball, JC, the shortest contestant, got help to press the button by hand, and was all smiles with his success.
Little JC Barnard eventually got help to press the trigger button at the dunking station after he failed six times to hit it with a ball.
Vincent Moult was caught with two plates of cake. His excuse was that his teeth love everything sweet.
Power thanked their sponsors Hartmans, Beans About coffee, Holy Cross Primary School, George South Primary, Outeniqua Primary, Coca-Cola, George Herald, Lions Club, Nico Smit Inc, Outeniqua Bakery, Pick n Pay, Super Spar Heatherpark, Watsons Meat,
