GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality’s administrative offices will be closed on Monday, 10 August, in observance of Women’s Day.
Residents are advised that refuse collection services will continue according to the normal schedule.
Households are requested to ensure that refuse bags and bins are placed outside by 07:00 on their scheduled collection day.
Municipal emergency and essential services will remain operational throughout the public holiday.
The municipality’s administrative offices will reopen on Tuesday, 11 August, during normal business hours.
George Municipality thanked residents for their cooperation and wished everyone a safe and enjoyable long weekend.
