GEORGE NEWS - The body of a 49-year-old man was found by construction workers on a building site in Fifth Avenue in Wilderness earlier this morning, Monday 8 July.
According to Southern Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies, the deceased was found at about 06:50.
On arrival, the police found the man with an injury to his head. Paramedics declared him dead on the scene.
George police opened an inquest docket for further police investigation and an autopsy will determine the cause of death.
