GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality is undergoing tests on the water network in and around George Central Business District from 09:00 to 16:00 on 16 to 18 June.
During these hours, there may be temporary disruptions to municipal water services in the CBD and surrounding areas.
Residents may experience low water pressure for 1-2 hours during the duration of the tests.
The following areas will be affected:
- Denneoord
- George central
- Heatherlands
- Camphers Drift
- Bo-dorp
- Fernridge
If residents experience no water and/or low water pressure exceeding 2 hours, the Complaints Desk may be contacted on 044 801 6266/62 between 07:45 and 16:30, and the after-hours helpline 044 801 6300 between 16:30 and 07:45.
