The show featured popular musicals including Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Les Misérables and Chicago.
Produced as a swan song by the unique Edwina Rapley, it truly was a high note to depart on.
Her innate feel for matching songs to voices of the solo singers in the 30 member cast was remarkable.
The dance routines were energetic and even picked up pace towards the end of the show, with some tap and ballet thrown in for good measure.
There were numerous highlights and memorable solos. With songs from 16 of the world's most loved musicals - the two-and-a-half hour show was a highly ambitious project to pull off with numerous costume and decor changes, but by jove, pull it of they did.
The nine member band added a rich dimension to the proceedings.
There were only five backstage crew members, but they did some fast decor changes behind the scenes.
The five tenors, John Rapley, Louis Swanepoel, Lourens Obermeyer, Pieter Raath and Wayne Strydom, harmonised beautifully in Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. The boys had the audience whooping with delight by doing the full monty. They were not the only ones to get a laugh from the audience.
Pat Savage, with her bugle, Christine Dekker and Edwina Rapley showed off their gimmicks in Gotta Get A Gimmick from the musical Gypsy.
Showstoppers were Edwina Rapley singing When You're Good to Mama; Francois le Roux singing If I Were A Rich Man in his raucous voice; and Bronwyn Stammer with her version of Everything's Coming Up Roses from Gypsy.
The eight songs from Les Misérables were an inspiration with John Rapley doing a roguish 'Master of the House'. The Greased Lightning and West Side Story songs were well received. The evening culminated with four songs from Chicago - one being All That Jazz with Candice Koen carried onto the stage on a chaise lounge with all the right sensual moves. The grand finale was the title song Razzle Dazzle 'Em, a colourful spectacle with dazzling costumes and an upbeat rhythm.

The Full Monty was thrown into the entertainment mix and had the audience whooping with delight.
