The grading was held under the leadership of sensei Jannie le Grange (Renshi-dan), assisted by senseis Angelo Prins, Betsie le Grange (5th dan), Buks Smit and Rocher le Grange (4th Dan).
Senior brown belts were awarded to Sam Wiese, BeatrixWells, André Slabbert and Marinda Otto, whereas junior brown belts were awarded to Daniel Williams, Karl Cronjé, David Evens, Kenneth Peters, CK van Niekerk, Herman Reinach, Rudolf Serfontein, Pericle Vougdis and Wolter Meeske.
The rest of the group graded within the blue and brown belt kyu ranks.
