GEORGE NEWS - Louis van Wyk, estate manager at Welgelegen Estate in George, took first place in both his weight and the veteran categories at the South African Kickboxing Championships in Oudtshoorn.
He represented the Western Cape at the championships and is a member of the DMF Kickboxing Club.
He hopes to be selected to represent South Africa in September at the world championships in Bosnia.
