The business partners imported an orange and white 1975 Chevrolet from America and customised it to reflect their devotion to Manchester City.
The car now features the club crest on the bonnet and seats.
There is also a replica FA Cup and an image of the club’s billionaire owner, Sheikh Mansour on the spare wheel case.
Former City players Colin Bell, Franny Lee and Mike Summerbee take pride of place on one side with Nigel de Jong, David Silva and Carlos Tevez on the other.
Mike (60) said: "Shaun wanted a big and brash car to go to matches in. We found this one and then it snowballed."
The pair paid about R186 450 to the car’s North Carolina owner and a further R62 150 to ship it across the Atlantic.
They then had to find restorers who would turn it into a ‘Blues cruiser’ - and found an army of Manchester United fans to do the work. Mike said: "We had to tell Tom Jones, a United fan from Oldham who has done art work on cars for us before, ‘don't you dare put a Red Devil on it’."
The season-ticket holding friends from the village Mottram near Manchester also used garages in Hyde and Glossop.
"All the renovators are United supporters. One lad from Stockport, who did the upholstery, is also a United fan," said Mike.
"When it was finished, we went over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure they hadn't hidden any United stuff in it.
"We drove to the ground to pick up the new away shirt and it caused plenty of comments. But we didn't drive it to Wembley in London, as it only does 10 miles to the gallon."
