GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality in a statement this afternoon, Friday 4 August, announced that due to transport challenges, the school final playoffs as well as the George Social Clubs tournament scheduled for this weekend have been postponed.

The municipality will be sending out communication on newly selected dates for both tournaments on all their platforms.

 Live viewing remains open

The Fan Park remains open for live viewing of the 2023 Netball World Cup at Rosemore Stadium. Wednesday 2 August was an incredible day for sport in Rosemoor as schools from across George were invited to attend the Netball Fan Park’s school tournament which started on 2 August and was scheduled to finish today.
