SEDGEFIELD NEWS & VIDEO - There are currently protests in Smutsville, Sedgefield about service delivery.
According to reports, no vehicles can enter Smutsville and most local businesses are closed.
Police are on the scene and several protesters have been shot with rubber bullets. In the video you can see the police trying to arrest a man who was part of the protest.
