GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - The SA Weather Service has issued a weather watch for damaging winds for the period 24 December - 26 December.
Gale force northwesterly winds (65-70km/h) are expected today (Tuesday) between Cape Point and Mossel Bay and on Thursday between Cape Point and Cape Agulhas, becoming westerly to south-westerly between Cape Agulhas and George by the afternoon.
Strong north-westerly interior winds (50-62km/h) are expected over the Central Karoo District up to Wednesday (mainly afternoons into evenings).
