GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - Mediclinic George received so many messages of encouragement from the public over the last few months during the Covid-19 pandemic, that they decided to ask the doctors who worked alongside the staff every day if they would be willing to say a word or two.
According to clinic manager Kassie Karstens, the response has been overwhelming and they were touched by the kind words.
"We were looking for a way to say thank you to our staff that worked extremely hard during these last seven months, dealing with the pandemic every single day," says Karstens.
"This crisis, although not completely over, could not have been handled the way it was without teamwork. For the doctors of George to make such a video reminds us again how lucky we are to have the whole medical fraternity in George on our doorstep, and with the support of our volunteers and the prayers of the community we fought together as one."
