NATIONAL NEWS - The Cape Town Weather Office also issued impact-based warnings for Damaging Winds valid from 16 August on 21:00 to 18 August until 00:00, and disruptive Rain valid from 17 August between 09:00 to 23:00.

- Cape Agulhas,
- Cape Agulhas,
- City of Cape town,
- George,
- Hessequa,
- Knysna,
- Mossel Bay,
- Overstrand,
- Saldanha Bay,
- Swartland, and
- Table Bay.
A cold front is expected to make landfall over the Western and Northern Cape.
Ahead of this cold front strong to gale force (50-60km/h) northwesterly to westerly winds can be expected between Cape Columbine and Cape Agulhas from late Tuesday evening while spreading to Stillbaai by Wednesday morning.
Furthermore, south-westerly to southerly swells of 4.0 to 5.0m are expected between Cape Columbine and Plettenberg Bay on Thursday.
