The Legbreaker trail run: conquering the Outeniqua Mountains
Runners took to the rugged slopes of the Outeniqua Mountains on 23 August for the Legbreaker Trail Run, an event organised by the Royal Swimming Academy in partnership with Outeniqua Harriers, and sponsored by Coastal Air Rifles. The trail run was launched to raise support for the Academy’s winter programme, which keeps young swimmers active outside the summer season. The Outeniqua Harriers, well known in the local running scene, joined forces with the Academy to bring the event to life.
