Jeugdag-padwedlope
Die 16-jarige Stephany Petro was Saterdagoggend die eerste vrou oor die wenstreep by die Total Jeugdag 10 km-padwedloop in 'n vinnige tyd van (39:41). Die wedlope, wat by Courtenaystraat in George begin en geëindig het en 600 deelnemers gelok het, is deur Nedbank SWD-atletiekklub aangebied. Die junior atlete, Candice van Beulen (40:54) van Nedbank SWD, Nadine Malan (42:35) van Plettenbergbaai-atletiekklub en Brittney-Ann Meyer (42:36) ook van Nedbank SWD, het vir Stephany gevolg.
