GEORGE NEWS - Well-known actor Eric Nobbs will perform at the Arts Theatre in the one-man show, One Man’s Life.
Written and directed by Deon Opperman, the piece tells the bitter-sweet, funny-sad rite-of-passage story from boy to manhood, from the first kiss in a hedge to the final loss of love and innocence. One man’s life earned Knobbs a nomination for a Fleur du Cap award in 1999.
The show is both poignant and hilarious, yet utterly frank and will be showcased at the George Arts Theatre on 11 June at 20:00. No under 16s will be allowed. Tickets cost R70 per person and are avai-lable at the Arts Theatre on weekdays from 10:00 to 14:00 or phone the theatre office on 044 874 3142.
