Parents, schools, sport clubs and any other individual are welcome to submit sport news, stories, results and sport photos for publication.

The deadline for submission is Tuesday's at 16:00. Please make sure all relevant information is included and that photos have the names and surnames of all people that appear in the image(s).

Photos can range in size from between 1 megabyte (minimum) and 4 megabytes (maximum). Please do not include photos in a word documents or PDF file but only in jpeg format.

Photos taken with a mobile phone are seldom sharp enough for usage in the paper. As we sometimes struggle to offload them, mobile photos won't be considered.

Due to a lack of space stories and photos may be carried over to a next edition of the paper. Preference will be given to stories that can date easily.
