GEORGE NEWS - Vista Football Club maintained their fine form on Sunday 15 May, sinking Abahlali 2-0 in an exciting Geolfa League game at the Lawaaikamp Stadium.
One goal was scored in each half, netted by Vuyisanani Liwani and Thando Thombela. Both teams are fighting for better positions on the domestic log table.
Vista's middle fielder Malwande Msilelwa played very well and their shot stopper, Mihlali Siko, went home with a clean sheet after preventing Abahlali any scoring chances.
Abahlali players Fanele Chele and Siphelo Matiya deserve mention for successfully defending strong attacks from the centre of the field.
