GEORGE NEWS - A former learner of Outeniqua High School, Mondor Arries, has been recruited by BT Football Recruitment Agency, a football agency scouting talent across Africa and providing professional opportunities at clubs locally and internationally.
On 2 October he was selected to be one of eighteen to tour Spain in April 2023, where he will compete in trials with the hopes of being scouted by one or more of the clubs in Spain which will then lead to signing with one of the clubs.
In order for him to join the team that will tour Spain, he is relying on the support of generous individuals and businesses in the community.
The cost of the tour is R37 500. A donation of any size would be much appreciated and would go a long way.
Mondor participated in athletics, rugby and hockey at Outeniqua High and played soccer at the Rooirivierrif sport grounds. He matriculated from Outeniqua in 2019.
Please contact Mondor's mother, Monica Arries, me at arries.monica146@gmail.com if you are able to help in any way, or if you are able to put me in contact with an individual and/or business that could make a donation.
