NATIONAL NEWS - The family of Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu say he's on antibiotic treatment for an infection and is recovering well.

Tutu's daughter reverend Canon Mpho Tutu van Furth says her father picked up the infection in hospital when he had minor surgery two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, the South African National Editors’ Forum (Sanef) says it's investigating what processes it can follow to discipline publishers of fake news sites.

One of those reported this week that had died.

Sanef's Mahlatse Gallens says the publishers need to be held accountable.
