While the provided image is mostly devoid of any clues to the BT-50’s newest identity, the revisions, which will be carried out by engineering and design firm, EGR, based in the Melbourne suburb of Tullamarine, will do away with the current model’s smiley face in favour of a more “angular appearance”. The enhancements will be extended to include the interior, although no details on this front have yet been detailed.
Updating the BT-50 will likely also be the last as the current will eventually be replaced after 2020 when it swaps the Ford Ranger T6 underpinnings for those of the next generation Isuzu D-Max (KB).
