Continuing to use the standard Fiat 500 as a base, the 595 gets new front and rear light clusters with poly-elliptical headlights, daytime running LED's across the range, metallic bi-colour paint finishes with colour coded bumper inserts, a choice of three mirrors colours and 16 or 17-inch alloy wheels with the latter choice standard on the Turismo and Competizione.
Inside, the interior boast fabric / leather or leather / Alcantara finishes, five-inch UConnect infotainment system with Bluetooth, seven-inch TFT instrument cluster and, on Turismo and Competizione models, a (optional) seven-speaker 440-watt Beats by Dr Dre sound system.
Underneath the bonnet, the 595 retains the familiar 1.4-litre J-Jet petrol engine making 106 kW and 206 N.m of torque in standard models, or 121 kW and 230 N.m in the Turismo. The Competizione lifts this to 132 kW and 250 N.m with transmissions consisting of a five-speed manual or five-speed MTA.
A new Performance Pack with 17-inch Supersport alloy wheels, Sabelt leather / Alcantara seats with carbon fibre shells, 595 aluminium roof badges and mechanical limited slip diff can be had on the Competizione with fitted with the manual 'box.
Irrespective of model, a three year / 100 000 km warranty and service plan are standard.
