GEORGE NEWS - A group of Thembalethu residents are marching against crime and alleged police incompetence.
They marched to Thembalethu Police Station where they handed over a memorandum.
They are are accusing Thembalethu detectives of incompetency.
The memorandum was received by Station Commander, Colonel Douw Herbst.
The march is organised by the local neighborhood watch.
