GEORGE NEWS - George municipality is urging motorists and pedestrians to be careful on the road as the bad weather is reportedly causing disorder in parts of George. 

A motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on the N9 Outeniqua pass has been reported. One lane direction George at Step a side is closed to traffic. All services are on the scene.

There have also been reports of traffic of excessive congestion across Nelson Mandela Boulevard between Main and Thembalethu Fourways. Motorists are urged to drive cautiously.
