GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEO - The George Riding Club's Spring Festival kicked off on Thursday and is finishing today.
Mark Jacobs, the vice chairman of the club, says they have about 150 horses from as far as Cape Town and Port Elizabeth competing over the course of the three days.
Jacobs says they have this annual event not only to raise funds but also to get people more interested in this sport.
