GEORGE NEWS - Well-known Dr Imtiaz Sooliman of Gift of the Givers will be in George on 22 June to address a meeting organised by Business Café.

Dr Dennis Farrell, founder of Business Café, on Tuesday said they are honoured to have Sooliman as guest. 

The plan was that he would address a meeting in February, but he could not come because of circumstances beyond his control. He had to go to Turkey to help with relief work after an earthquake.

Farrell said people who would like to attend, must RSVP by Thursday 15 June to businesscafe@alfaomega.co.za.

The event takes place at the George Agricultural Show Grounds on the airport road (R102). It will start at 08:15 for 08:45 and conclude at 13:00.

Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served.

He said Business Café is about building trust, finding opportunities, and collaboration. Their aim is to be solution driven. "We would like everyone to be part of the solution."

Guests are kindly requested to bring along a blanket to donate, if they are able. It can be new or used and will be given to people in need. 

All the net proceeds of the event will be donated to Gift of the Givers.
