GEORGE NEWS - According to George Municipality, black bag collection may slow down, but bags will still be collected on the usual days.
To limit exposure to staff and other parties, the amount of refuse trucks out on the streets will be reduced and staff rotated from today, Monday 30 March.
This means collection of black bags may take longer than usual and may extend into the night (until about 20:00), but all refuse will be collected on the scheduled day.
If black bags have not been collected by 20:00, please report to 044 801 6300.
