Here's the recipe fluffy brandy sauce recipe for you to try yourself:
1 egg (separated
A small pinch of salt
3/4 cup of castor sugar
1/2 cup of whipped cream
3 tablespoons of brandy
1. Beat egg white and sugar until stiff.
2. Lightly beat in the whipped cream till combined and stir in the brandy and beat it lightly again to retain the fluffy body.
3. Pour over a slice of delicious American Light Fruit Cake and enjoy!
PS: You'll definitely have to triple up on the quantities because there is never enough to satisfy the demand.
