GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality this week hosts the “World of Tomorrow Festival 2019” - a drama competition for primary and high schools which culminates in a Gala Evening on Friday (2 August) at the George Arts Theatre.
Between 16:30 and 18:00 on Friday, GridCars will be displaying the BMWi3, a fully electric vehicle that accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds, without interruption.
The electric engine of the BMW i3 with a performance of 125 kW and a torque of 250 Nm provides emission-free driving for up to 200 km.
