GEORGE NEWS - Three students of the NQtac Hotel School donated stationery to the Oliver Twist community outreach programme of Group Editors.
Dané Wiese, Michelle Edwardes and Suné de Lange made the donation on their own initiative when they became aware that the Oliver Twist project is currently having a drive to collect stationery to be donated to a needy organisation in January next year.
The Oliver Twist programme aims to facilitate goodwill in our communities. It is not cash driven. Instead, we ask our readers to merely part with whatever they may have too much of.
All we ask is that you will share of your time and that you donate possessions that you no longer need so that others who may need it more, can make better use of it.
At the moment, we ask for stationery we can provide to as many less-privileged children as possible at the beginning of the 2022 school year.
