GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - The George Herald went to speak with learners from York High School on Friday 27 October, and heard their views on the mathematical paper and mathematical literacy paper 1.
Nonny Beale who does pure maths said, “My maths paper was surprisingly good, with a few difficult elements but all in all it was good. Compared to prelim’s it was a lot harder, but still manageable.”
Jade van Blerk who does Mathematical literacy had this to say. “Maths Literacy was really good today and was on the same level as our prelims, so it was not too tricky.
"It was not something we did not prepare for. I’m not yet ready for paper two, but when the time comes I will be."
