GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - Western Cape Health Minister Nomafrench Mbombo is today visiting the George Campus of the Nelson Mandela University for oversight of the campus's Covid-19 protocols.
She is being taken on a tour of the various facilities including the library, student residences and classrooms.
Mbombo has also visited the campus clinic where the university is proposing to vaccinate students and staff.
Most of the students study online, but the campus is open to those who do not have the necessary internet access at home.
