19 People were injured of whom three sustained serious injuries.
The accident happened at about 18:00 this evening (28 March).
The scene is being cleared and the passengers and driver are on their way to hospital in several ambulances.
The driver of the vehicle has been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
