The team is led by Dr Herman van Rooyen who has been a medical practitioner for over 32 years. He is an internationally trained and acclaimed aesthetic practitioner and has extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and sports injuries. He also conducts training for leading aesthetic brands and laser companies.
Skinlogic's resident registered nurse is Sr Jeanne Bosch, who has over 20 years of experience in the field of nursing. Caring and compassionate, Sr Bosch has a special interest in women's health, feminine rejuvenation, weight loss facilitation and intravenous therapies.
Skinlogic's aesthetic therapists are:
- Maryke van Rooyen who has a three-year diploma in Health and Skincare from Isa Carstens and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Maryke specialises in advanced facial treatments and laser therapy.
- Antoinette Fourie who has a three-year diploma in Health and Skincare for Isa Carstens. Antoinette has a lot of experience in the aesthetic industry and specialises in laser treatments.
- Chandra Coetzee is a Total Concepts graduate and was awarded Optiphi's Southern Cape Therapist of the Year award in 2015. She takes a keen interest in her client's skin health journey and specialises in advanced facial treatments.
- Ingrid Mostert graduated from Centurion Academy and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Ingrid is a kind soul who always puts her clients first. She specialises in facial treatments, grooming and touch therapies.
- Annemarie Oosthuizen has an honours degree in Psychology from the Free State University as well as a BTech Somatology degree from the Central University of Technology. Annemarie is the kingpin in Skinlogic's reception, administration and marketing division.
Most of the therapists are CIDESCO, ITEC, SAASHP and EDEXCEL qualified.
Skinlogic would like to extend a special warm welcome to Dr Tamar Palkowski, Skinlogic's newest team member. Dr Palkowski has a special interest in women's health, slimming and medical aesthetics.
