GEORGE NEWS - Georgians have only 4 days left to nominate a business or an individual for the 2023 George Business Chamber Awards. 

Nominations close at midnight on Friday 3 November and nominees then have time over the weekend, until 08:00 on Monday 6 November, to compile their own motivations and to send it to the chamber for evaluation.

The four 2023 categories are:

• GBC Entrepreneur of the year – Businesses/Individuals who are creating new, sustainable opportunities and playing a positive part in the greater community of George.
• GBC Service Ambassador of the year – Businesses/Individuals renowned for providing and encouraging exceptional service. (Walk the talk)
• GBC Innovator of the year – Businesses/Individuals whose revolutionary new ideas/products are unique in their marketplace. (Game changers)
• GBC Business Leader of the year – The businessperson who has had a profound impact on the economy of George in the past year, showing not only great leadership abilities, but also exceptional growth and a positive contribution to the greater community of George.
