GEORGE BUSINESS NEWS - Outeniqua Optometrists is excited to share its 18th birthday celebration with its loyal customers this month. As a big thank you to all their existing and new loyal patients in the Southern Cape area, it is offering 18% off all the frames it has in stock for the month of March.

Charlene and Martin Botha, husband and wife owners, say if it were not for the support of the community, they would not be where they are today.

"We bought the property and built it up from scratch and never looked back," says Martin. "This is because of the wonderful people in the town of George, but also the people of the Southern Cape as a whole.

"Our special offer is a small token of our appreciation to each and every one of you. A special thanks also goes out to all our staff over the past 18 years. We thank you for helping us make our dream a reality. We believe in our town of George and are very proud to be a part of the George community."

The couple also thank both of their parents for their undying support. "Without them and their persistent encouragement we would never have taken the leap of faith to open our own practice," says Martin.

They consider themselves privileged to be able to serve the community. Over the years a new test room was added and a few changes were made, always keeping up with technological advancement, and today Outeniqua Optometrists offers its clients the latest state-of-the-art digital equipment for both eye testing and detecting potential diseases inside the eye.

But its customer care has not changed. After 18 years, Outeniqua Optometrists is still the same business that gives its clients the personal care and attention they deserve.
