GEORGE NEWS - There is a planned water outage for Heather Park on Tuesday 3 June from 09:00 until 16:00.
George Municipality is undertaking a water pipeline replacement in Witfontein Road.
During the construction period, there may be temporary disruptions to municipal water services in the surrounding areas.
The municipality advises that road users and pedestrians in Witfontein and adjacent areas are advised to exercise caution and be mindful of construction activities. Flag personnel will be available to direct when necessary.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that delay the planned work, the water outage will be rescheduled to Wednesday 4 June from 09:00 to 16:00.
