Varieté! Varieté! is an ageless performance
Ten-year-old Sebastian Hiemstra and 77-year-old Penny de Villiers, both performers in the Arts Theatre's latest show - Varieté! Varieté! - are evidence that talent in George is ageless. According to the show's writer and producer, Carina Beukes, several youngsters and their parents joined on stage for the six months of rehearsals. The production was showcased at the theatre last week, ending on Sunday.
