Rachel is our Braaibroodjie Master
Rachel Bertrand is George Herald's Braaibroodjie Master! This mother of two won the title with the simplicity of her delicious cheesy recipe - using four different kinds of cheese - and combination of textures. The runner-up is Angelique Reinhardt with her spicy secret ingredient, chilli cheese bombs; and Jackie Engelbrecht is in the third place with her beautiful presentation, complete with green figs and Camembert cheese.
