Die riemtelegram in Pacaltsdorp het oortyd gewerk toe dit einde verlede jaar aan die lig kom dat Die Akkertjie-kleuterskool se deure gesluit het. Wat baie dalk nie besef nie, is dat dit allermins die einde van dié historiese kleuterskool is. 'n Geesdriftige projekspan is daagliks aan die woel om die gebou, wat bestaan uit vyf klaskamers, 'n kombuisie, badkamers en 'n kantoor, te restoureer.
