The event will take place in the Sportscentre Tent.
It is a fun event for girls to take part in, a chance to get dressed up and strut like a super model on the catwalk! It’s many-a-girl’s dream to be a model at some point in their lives. The girls get an opportunity to take part in something they might not normally be able to because of their height or weight etc. “We are not looking for super models we are looking for confident girls who can pull off walking on the ramp with poise.” said Mandy Vermaak owner of La Bella Finishing School.
The girls don’t need experience to enter the competition, all girls from 6 -18 years can enter. The finalists will however get a bit of training before the event to make sure they are able to walk correctly on the evening of the show.
There will be a fashion show on the Saturday for the Designers along our coast and on Sunday Miss Catwalk will have a fashion show with some of the fashion outlets from the Garden Route Mall.
