GEORGE NEWS - Be prepared to be enchanted by the dancers of Disney Cabaret presented by York High.
The school has put in months of hard work to give a top performance from 15 to 17 August at their school hall.
As part of their Disney Cabaret, the dance students of York High will be dancing and singing to music from Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Tangled, Jungle Book, Pocahontas, Lion King, Aladdin, Frozen, Moana and the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Disney Cabaret takes place on 15, 16 and 17 August at York High School in Meade Street, George. The time is 18:30 for 19:00 and the show will end at 21:00.
The show is presented by 'Let’s Dance', the dance department at York High School, and directed and choreographed by the head of dance at the school, Linda Johnson. The music is directed by Michael van der Walt, one of the music teachers at the school.
Tickets are available at the school at R40 for children and R50 for adults.
There will be a live band with children from the school taking part in the band alongside professional players.
