Unicorns steal the show at Olympia Estate's riding event

GEORGE NEWS - Beautifully groomed horses and neatly dressed riders gave their best in the show at the Free Spirit Olympia Estate Equestrian Club's final event for the year, but the unicorns provided the real surprise of the day.

At this last show of the year the competitors were spoiled with unicorns for the kids and lovely prizes for the adults.

The prize-giving saw many happy faces and excitement when the junior riders received their soft toys. The adults were so envious that the organisers promised they will also be getting unicorns next time.

The sponsors who made the show possible were Olympia Estate, Vescom Properties, BMW, Halfway Toyota, Boshoff Visser, Golden Harvest and Carlu Trekkers.

Olympia Estate Equestrian Club's first show for 2019 will take place on 25 and 26 February.
