GEORGE NEWS - Luzaan Slabbert (31) and her horse Callaho Llandro competed at the SA Adult Dressage Championship which was held at Fourways Riding Centre from 13 to 18 September.
In the individual classes the pair came first in the Advanced Qualifier. This was followed by a bronze in the Championship Class and a fourth place in the Freestyle Championship Class.
Slabbert was also a member of the Western Cape Dressage team that walked away with silver, close behind KZN. Slabbert and Llandro will be competing at the Western Cape Dressage Championship next, which will be taking place on 14 and 15 October at Stellenbosch Riding Club.
