GEORGE BOWLING NEWS - John Dory's George is still leading the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty Spring Business League at the George Bowling Club with four points after the third round of the competition.
FNB are in second position on 32 points, followed by Lew Geffen Sotheby's, George High 2 and Seamans Renault, all on 31 points.
Lancewood, who sponsored the "melktertjies for touches", valiantly battled against John Dory's, but lost the game on the last few ends. George High 2 were the session winners for round three with Itec right behind them, having played a fantastic game.
At the beginning of round four the teams will be split, with the top 14 teams contesting the championship and the remaining teams playing in the plate event.
Team Supporters will be topping the plate event next week, followed by South Cape Distributors and Retail IT, who are tied for the Plate's second position.
