SPORT NEWS - Thembalethu Primary School hosted an u.13 inter-schools sports day against Langabuya Primary School from Paarl on Saturday 13 August. Two netball games were played on the school's own courts.
There was only one soccer game, which took place at Jonga High School's fields.
Thembalethu Primary is in the process of raising funds and is looking forward to organising more competitive matches in future.
The netball saw Langabuya Primary defeating Thembalethu Primary 21-9 in their opening game, but the tables were turned in the u.13 game where they got punished in a nail-biting game with a score of 13-11.
