GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - Judoka from Eden proved their worth at the Cape Town Open in the Belhar Indoor Sport Centre last Saturday, 4 May.
The group of 23 brought home 12 gold, seven silver and two bronze medals. This was the last tournament away in preparation for the South African Open coming up during the July school holiday.
The team was accompanied by coach Lilian Steyn and managers, Francois Plaatjies and Jacqueline Boesak.
