#FIFAGATE: Swiss police make more arrests

INTERNATIONAL NEWS - Authorities have made more arrests in Switzerland this morning in the ongoing investigation into corruption within world football.

As members of Fifa’s Executive Committee were meeting in Zurich this week to approve reform measures, current and former senior officials were targeted by Swiss police on charges that include racketeering, money laundering and fraud.

Swiss law enforcement confirmed more than a dozen people will be charged, adding to the case against Fifa.

Two of the numerous Fifa officials arrested in Zurich this morning, have been named.
